Sixteen years walking into complex, fast-moving Asia Pacific markets and building the system that turns regional ambition into measurable revenue — one part field marketing, one part partner strategy, one part AI-native operating model.
I've spent 16 years building and scaling marketing organizations across APJ for technology companies entering or expanding in the region — Automation Anywhere, Medallia, Dell, IBM. The common thread is taking a strong global product and building the regional engine — team, partners, and AI-enabled process — that turns it into compounding pipeline. At Automation Anywhere I took the region from 11% to 24% of global contribution in a year, built a partner-first model that became a global best practice, and I'm currently building out the AI-enabled marketing operating model.
Five markets. One brand voice. No extra headcount. I bring the vision for AI to do the heavy lifting on production, so the team can spend its time on strategy, sales partnership, and the conversations that actually move pipeline.
Punching above our weight meant treating AI like our own ‘intern.’ A regional team of this size can't hand-craft a brief, a persona script, and a full set of market variants for every campaign, in every market, with the precision and speed the business needs. Content velocity was the bottleneck between strategy and revenue, not budget or headcount.
I built an AI-enabled brief-to-publish workflow with Claude as the drafting engine — generating first-pass briefs and persona-specific scripting directly against our Salesforce data, so every asset started from the same source of truth instead of a blank page. Figma mapped the handoffs so a distributed team always knew what stage a piece of content was in and who owned the next step.
The output wasn't "we use AI." It was more regional variants per sprint, shipped same-day, in a consistent brand voice — which is what actually lets a theatre GTM plan move at the speed the sales calendar demands. This is the model I'd bring to building AI-native GTM velocity for Cursor across APJ.
